DHL seems best for shipping to Togo, pay cash in the
USA, do NOT give DHL a credit card number.
The best days to arrive in Lome is from Tuesday to
Thursday.
Saturday and Sunday are the non-regular workers and
can steal, Monday the people are sleeping, and on Friday and Saturday they are
thinking about drinking and party. Tuesday through Thursday are work and
business days.
I want to pay the money to make this work,
thesending of packages is a lottery, who know what works.
What did they DHL say about shipping to their office?
