Photos are difficult to find to use again

On Blogger.com I upload photos to use in the blog,
then I want to use the same photo or map again, I have to upload again to the
server. I cannot just use the same file name as I have on my computer files, it
now has a new name,

One solution would be to rename the photo to the name
of the blogger.com file it gave me, or download them somehow.
