their backpack while visiting other locations.
There are time when you enter a city, get off a bus, or leave the train
that a Hobo wants to store his or here backpack in a place so they can go
look for a Hotel or sometime just browse around the city and see the tourist
attractions, then pop back on the train for the next city.

This is very common in good backpacker hotels or hostels.
Some countries have storage places everywhere while others very difficult.
The need is in the center of the country or the gateway to the country,
then a person can leave by bus or train for a few days and return to the
center.
