SQUAT TOILETS - Asia and some place like in Paris have squat toilets. You need to research or study the guidebook insuring that the western toilets are available. A taxi driver can often help, and if you stay in the more tourist areas you will have a better chance.

TOO WEAK FOR BAGS - Surprising this is less a problem in the poor countries and more of a problem in Europe. The cost of Europe is so high that you will pay a fortune to always take a taxi. but in the underdeveloped countries you can always take a taxi. I carry my bag 20 times more often in Europe and in the USA than in all the real cheap countries.
