Sciatica - How to walk properly
Sciatica is a result of structural and often imbalance bones, if your gait or walk is improper you may be causing yourself problems. Here are some videos on how to walk.
I broke my femur 30 years ago, the muscles in my left leg do not function properly, I have now developed sciatica.

DO
- Heel of your foot is first to touch the floor.
- Lock your knee joint.
- Roll on you foot.
- Swing your arms
- Look up or ahead, do not look down it will cause your back to hunch.
- Find flat ground or flat surfaces to walk for an hour, keep looking up.
DO NOT
- Walk with wide stance, your gait should almost be a straight line
