Policies and Rules for Travelers - Guidelines

A policy is something to guide you, but there are exceptions.
A rule is when you should follow it almost to the letter.
A guideline is more or less a way to look at things.

NO Exception rule is something you should think a very long time about not obeying.

POLICIES
- Hotels: Never move from a good and safe hotel to another for 2 dollars U.S. This is especially true if your are staying less then 3 days.
