- Doctor Prescribes and sends you to the Pharmacy the doctor owns.
- Normal Pharmacy does not receive prescriptions on paper, only sells over
the counter.
- Normal Pharmacy never receives a prescription from Doctor, therefore does
not trust person with paper.
- Government decides or sets a law on which medicines can be sold by
doctors.

- There is a genetic difference and because FDA approves does not mean it is
safe.
- There are some small stores that sell illegal drugs.
- Some normal grocery stores or small stores sell medicine, but sometime the
grocery buy from pharmacy and distribute to small community.
- Sometimes a person buys medicine, buys from Hospital, she does not finish,
she sells to another person.
- Sometimes a Mountain person or person goes to hospital many times during a
month. The medicine is free, the mountain person receives free and can
resell.
- When everything is free, they collect and sell.
- If a person wanted to enter Hospital with camera, there is a need to do
formal, not possible to enter Hospital.
