There are good Expat locations where you can rent a mail box, buy something with Amazon.com or Ebay.com and have it sent city to city.

The art form is the ablity to get items through customs fast, with no problem, and to have a local person representing you, not doing it yourself.

Generally, a price invoice inside kicks off the customs to charge you money, any new items can cause problems.

The best:

1. A friend brings to you.

2. Office to office, an office in the USA or Europe sends to a sister office abroad.

3. General Postal Mail to an extremely well know place, like the Hilton.

4. UPS is next.
