This summer a book called Voedselhorror (Food Horror) will be published
at the Dutch publishing house TM TradeMark. In this book Roos Rutjes
(a designer from Rotterdam) will show how the food industry works and
how the food that we eat is being produced – by using a lot of pictures
and graphics.
