| Answer:
When Electricity does not work leave the fan on I am in Atakpame, Togo. The electricity in Togo is not stable, it comes on and off, and often. I have learned, leave the fan in the on position so I get notified when there are lights again. I have marked many switches with on and off or stop so I know when the lights are in the on or off positions. Good to know, the lights are on again, i have been waiting sometimes for an hour and decided to flip the switch and discovered there was electricity and I did not know it.
