Tap Water Appears Unsafe in Accra Ghana August 2007

Tap water in Accra, Ghana appears especially dangerous to me as of August of 2007. The central city has open sewage water in the storm sewers and the smell of sewage is prevalent. The taste of the tap water is like fungus.

All the locals appears to drink the bag water, I have not seen any locals carrying water as they did in Togo.

I see the water condition of central Accra as exceptionally bad,
