I am presently in Lome, Togo West Africa and the idea of an end=
to Charity would be novel to me as the extreme numbers of NGO -=
ONG here in Africa. However, there are many perspectives on Alms=
or Charity or Help. There is a lack of personal helping our=
fellow man, however not a short supply of beggarss on the=
planet. The percentage of beggars seems to be increasing.
