| Answer:
Hello Craig The majority of these bag are all or nothing, they need to make one that is super lightweight, yet is a mesh bag, or light nylon, then when it starts to rain I could pull up a waterprooff cover, and fold over, then have watertight bag. They now sell these dry sacks on Khao San Road in Thailand, but I always feel too much and again all or nothing, I do not want my camera in a airtight bag. I found this untra, ultra light poncho here in Togo. It started to rain hard and women came and sold me one, I did not have an umbrella. I now carry this poncho, very small in the bottom of my camera case, if it starts to rain, I have a poncho and a cover for my camera. It is not the rain I know about that causes problems, it is the spontaneous showers. Andy in Atakpame, West Africa May 2007 Howdy -- I am interested in your dry sack, it this one of them folder over, keep everything dry, go scuba bags? They are similar -- a lightweight version of those same scuba bags made out of nylon. From the Web site: Yes, you take the top and fold it over four or five times, then lock the plastic buckle. It hasn't been my experience in the last 16+ months to move between A/C and humid, tropical air -- I just don't live in places with A/C. The dry sac doesn't travel with me outside, it it for gear that stays in the room.
Thank you,
