Why people are fat?

THE REFRIGERATOR AND CUPBOARD

I have been traveling the world for about 8 years now as of May 31, 2004. I realized one day that when I am in countries where they store food in cupboard or put in refrigerators I get fat.

TEMPTATION
No food, and no temptation, when I have to the market I eat less.

No so complicated, just get rid of your fridge and cupboards.
