I was trying to log into Facebook.com in Teal, Honduras, it recognized I was in another country using a different IP.

I needed to recognize peoples photos on my Face book page, I was lucky, I have not been adding everyone who request. I could only try one time every hour, then needed to wait. It took me three times to recognize the faces correctly.
