Electrical Problems for Travelers or Tourist

- Power goes on and off

- The outlets change
SOLUTION - You can purchase the adapters in each country.

- Generators do not produce consistent voltage
SOLUTION - A portable computer has a transformer inline and cleans up most problems. Most other electric equipment is not important.

- There are no outlets or plugs in some room.
SOLUTION - I use a screw in or plug and turn light bulb connections

220 versus 110
SOLUTION - Most computers and small electronic equipment will work off both. I buy the small other crap in the country I am located.

No Outlet for electricity and 220 Fluorescent lights.
SOLUTION - I tap into light switch or directly into electric line.

Fuse burns or Breaker Switch flips off - This is the million dollar problem. Practically impossible to know how to stop because owners of hotels will overload circuits. I have been in rooms where plug in a light would blow a fuse. This means that the one center light was the maximum usage.
