English for me.
French and Arabic for the taxi, bus, and guides

point at the city I want to travel to and they could read the name
and then I could negotiate the price by writing down the price
on a piece pf paper and holing up the money in the specific
country I would be located.

How to travel from Morocco to Egypt Overland?
Not as simple as you think, if you are a real traveler and consider land as the
way for pure travel.
MAYBE REMEMBERING THE TRIP TO MECCA CAN HELP OR THE HAJJ
This has bearing and you must remember which politics you are talking about and
who will help you to go where and how. If they are Islamic they will help you
with the Hajj to Mecca if they are angry with Israel then you need to go to
Mecca. In the end the only way to look at this is a trip to Mecca and avoid the
idea of going and seeing Israel. Nobody seems to want to help you or me in this
task, except maybe Jewish people or Israelis.

Travel Overland from Morocco to Egypt Trip
____________________________________________________________
NOTES:
> 1. Can I travel from West Africa to Egypt or Ethiopia.... how do I get
> from here to there?
The best way is to do it by flight... There are fligt from Niamey and from
Tchad. Visa to Tchad you can get at the embassy in Niamey. The visa to
Etiopia you get on the airport and to Egypt you don't need a visa. You can
also fly from Tchad to Sudan and you can get the visa to Sudan in Tchad
but only if you have a flight. If you want to cross by land you can do
it... Niger-Tchad-Cameroon-Gabon-2xCongo-Uganda-Kenya-Etiopia. From
Etiopia to Egypt by flight. You can't get the visa to Sudan in Etiopia...
> 2. How doesa person get from Morroco to Senegal or Mali? It there a
> problem?
By flight... The cheapest is to go by Air Maroc. If you don't like flight
you can cross over land throw Mauritania. You pick the visa in Casa Blanca
and it take 24 h to get it. It cost 20-25 USD and you need 2 photos. The
visa to Mali you get in Mauritanida and it cost 10-15 USD.
The problem is there is no bus south from Dakhla in Western Sahara and you
have to jump on a truck or find some tourist by own car. People do it
every day so there are no big problems. About Senigal I don't know... I
think it's easy.
Good travel
