We were put in touch with another solicitor who was able to file the taxes for a much smaller fee. She also had someone interested in looking at the house for sale. She tried to obtain the key then she seemed suddenly to cool off, not returning emails etc. Previously she had been very good at returning them. I'm unsure what's happening. The company uses many different websites. They also have about 10000 Euros of ours. and we just have signed papers that they received money and papers about court decision, but nothing,still. And now there is many stories about them and Bulgaria on the Internet, that are not good, about TNT and other land thiefs. We ask that you look into this matter, and make Bulgaria a nicer place. So we have papers for 4 plots and they keep saying its the court, peop that own the land, or a new story, we paid about 90 for 3 plots, and a deposit for another. the last we heard was the 2nd deal would be ready now, but what about the first deal, its been two years, and they are for sale again. The Notary just makes sure that all the taxes are paid. I did not use a solicitor and the wrong figures were put down on my deeds, so when i sell the place it will look like i have made a huge capital gain and have to pay the tax on it. The tax the builder should have paid. They all work together to Rob everyone. THERE MUST BE A PLACE IN THE EU WHERE YOU CAN REPORT SUCH CRIMES AND PEOPLE CAN BE STRUCK OFF OR ARRESTED.
