How to connect your laptop inside an Internet Cafe?

I have been thinking or wanting to do this for 7 years. Most of the methods are complicated and unreliable. There are many internet cafes in Europe that cater to this type of connection, but for most of the developing countries they do not help or assist, so much more complicated.

I STILL HAVE NOT CONNECTED YET!

I am writing this because there is hope!

WAYS TO CONNECT?

2. RJ -45 Connector PORT -(RJ-45 connector - looks like a big telephone connector)
   - This means you will remove the cable from inside the internet cafe's computer and plug it into your computer.

3. Dial Up Modem - This is the same as you would have if you purchase a connection in your home country and connected by telephone.
4. 'thumb drive'
   to store the data in laptops and then connect that micro device to the PCs
   (I, Andy have no idea what the person is talking about.)

MY QUESTION OR DESIRE

Hello,

I want to know specific technical information.

I have a laptop.
I have been in 45 countries.
I am tired of putting information on a 3.5 disk and publishing to my webpage.

What types of methods are possible to connect to the "internet access" in the
the internet cafe.

LAN: Local Area Networks.
What do I need in my computer?

Explain ways to connect to their computers?
Complications?

PLEASE: Do not just say to talk to the internet cafe owner.
I have been in hundreds of internet cafes.
Yes sometimes they do know, but normally I must teach them.
I want to expand my knowledge to a point that I could connect anywhere with
my laptop, and teach them also, so they feel safe.
