GRAPHIC GUIDELINES:
LARGE DRAWINGS
Best if fit into box 640 X 480 Pixels
Wider than 640 up to maybe 800 is OK
Height should be no more than 480 except in special cases
I will use these for "Navigation Buttons"
I will use these drawing in sizes from 50 Pixels high and up
The goal is to keep the subject of the drawing obvious even when really
small.
OBVIOUS THEME:
The subject or category should dominate the picture. If the background
is different than the them than the reader will think about the wrong
subject.
If you showed the drawing to a person they should think of what the subject
we are talking about, and not anything else.
These drawing are to make a person feel or know what the subject is with NO
words.
Example: If you showed the picture to your mother, what is the first thing
she comments on.
The drawings are great and I can make the changes myself, but in selling or
marketing of
a product (My Webpage).
THE PICTURE REPRESENTS THE WORD
People can look at pictures better than they can read. Plus it is easier to
spot quickly a picture
than a word. So the picture MUST represent the WORD, subject, category.
ICONS 48 X 48 Pixels
