I am not sure I understand. But in my experience if you want to get a lot of attention. Have something that is not so proper. The square of Brussels is just a block away. But the people are literally lined up to see this statue. Taking turns to get their picture taken in front of it.

I do think this is the biggest tourist attraction of Brussels.
