How to do Banking as a traveler or tourist. How to live overseas and do your banking.

BANK ACCOUNTS
You need a persons representative that you can call on a 24 hour basis that works in the bank to manage your account, you should be allowed to call this person on weekends and nights.
This personal representative must be willing to send ATM or Bank Cards by Federal Express to you.
Access to accounts should be allowed overseas.
If an an account is ever turned off because of access in a foreign country, you should change banks.

ATM OR BANK MACHINES

PROOF OF FUNDS IN ACCOUNTS
This is required sometimes for visas or entry into countries.
