The Passport to Arequipa,Peru. Now, thought of as joke...once it was not so. Arequipa tried to succeed from Peru. The Arequipanians wanted nothing to do with the rest of Peru and made an attempt at becoming a Nation. Obviously, it did not work. They are a proud people and truly are an Island unto themselves.
