VISA APPLICATIONS & RENEWALS SERVICES PROCEDURES: • Preliminary interview and evaluation – Visa applicants/clients will be evaluated to know their personal, educational, economic and other circumstances, including sponsorship background and arrangements. These evaluations would be conducted by us, and based on the outcome, a tailor made documents list requirements will be presented to the applicant/client to obtain for him/herself, from his/her sponsor and any other person(s) that may be involved in their application process based on the specific immigration requirements of the visa category being applied for. • Documents review – This stage commences after we are satisfied with the available supporting documents produced by the applicant and his/her sponsors.
