This is a former feeding center, I was here the year before. This was run by the Red Crescent, however
it appears they have pulled out in Zinder.
The problem of Niger is the same from 2005 - 2006 for Malnutrition, nothing much has changed.
However, the news has stopped, therefore the ability to collect donations is dwindled.
