I walked down to the lake and took this photo of a bird, I am quite happy with the 20X zoom of my Canon camera. I often find the photos show me more than I could actually see with my normal eyesight.

In this photo, the bird is pulling something out of the reeds in the lake.



I am not sure; it looks a lot like a small salamander of some form of animal the bird is eating. Again, I do not know the name of the bird…
