Moonshine in Pucallpa Peru

Moonshine in Pucallpa Peru
I walked down to the river where they unload bananas and plantains from boats here in Pucallpa, Peru. I ran upon a group of men passing around a shot glass and drinking the local brew.

One man wrote down three names for the alcohol drink.

- Chuchuhuasi
- Cumaceba
- Agenjebre

One of the local of Pucallpa, Peru here is downing a shot.

This is the local moonshine; I forgot to ask how much it cost. The wanted me take a shot, I told them I was alcoholic and did not want to go crazy here in Pucallpa. They all started to laugh and point at each other.

Walking up to a group of men drinking moonshine on the Ucayali river or the Amazon basin is always an exciting day.
