Change is good Second Opinion Please
I am a little weak, semi-sad, nostalgic in the Dog Days of the USA summer heat, hot and hotter, even though I am in Bangkok, Thailand I feel the Dog Days of HoboTraveler.com.

HoboTraveler.com is my baby, I have nursed this for years, however today, soon, maybe I want this, however my Thai friend is rubbing it in… it is painful.

HoboHideOut.com will soon be bigger than HoboTraveler.com, I will have a new bigger one, but that does not mean I do not like the first, it my old friend, it will always be my friend, my blog, my Hobo.

Blog of Andy HoboTraveler.com --- Add a Hotel --- Backpack Design Survey
----------------------------------

HoboTraveler.com has been my sweat and tears, my learning, my mentor, my constant companion now for 8 years, however a new baby has entered the family and is demanding to be heard. HoboHideOut.com will probably pass HoboTraveler.com in unique visitors today.

This is the low season for Travel Sites, the high is maybe from before Christmas to about the end of March, so when HoboTrav (our pet name) is done, not at full strength, the Hideout try to pass, go figure… Youth, they have no respect for age, just a few months ago, HoboTraveler.com was cranking about 14,000 unique visitors per day, now in the dog days of summer; she is piddling around at 6-7000, and just will not stand up and fight off HoboHideOut.com this new and hungry young lion.

All is good, I have two children to maintain, one is eight and the other is about one. There is nothing to be sad about, HoboHideOut.com was designed to be one of the largest internet pages on the internet with the starting number of 6.5 Million pages, and full realized maybe about 50 Million, a true monster compared to my old friend HoboTraveler.com.

Please, maybe just one more day of being the big dog.

The number of unique people, or sessions is what is important.

There is this little sitemeter.com box on the bottom of all pages, if any of you are really bored and want to figure out this non-relevant information click on it.

I have worked many times in my life as a by the hour Real Estate Consultant, I am sure soon someone is going to try to pay me as a consultant for SEO.

I was laughing the other day, I was quizzing a good friend about Databases, he said,
"I do not want to insult your techie."

    I almost said,
"Well, you will never be a good consultant, that is what you get paid to do."

There are styles of writing where you can use a unknown person as an example, and hope the readers see that is applies to them.

When people make comments, I can just say nothing that means an implied acceptance of their opinion. Many people are way off base, so I have to make a totally opposite opinion to oppose or someone will think I agree.

I have never wanted to make friend over the internet, I know well, that comments from readers are fragile friendships.

I do not reply to people, I reply to commnents, the comment stand alone. If a person wants special status or feels they should be listened to because they have a anonymous name, this is silly, the more a person says who they are, the more they claim their existence, the more they have an Identity, the more careful I will be, but I always remember the comment stands alone.

Consultants must be paid a lot, they have zero job security, they by design crisize.

    Hi,

I just discovered Hobo Hideout and it seems really useful ... does this mean you are thinking about retiring HoboTraveler, though? Do you need it to get a certain amount of hits per day for income or something?

HoboTraveler.com is a different theme than HoboHideOut.com, traveler is for 150-250 separate types of traveler, while hideout is only for Travel Rooms.

It is a money maker, does well and is where my blog is located, it is the primary site of the Hobo series of sites.
