Kill the Cat and Dog in the Hotel I suppose the chickens are worst, however I would be 100 percent in favor of killing every cat and dog that lives in Hotels. I can kill cattle so I can eat meat, a cat or dog is not a problem.
If a Hotel guest started screaming at 3:00 am in the night, then went and shit in front of your door… would you want the person to leave the hotel, and would you consider it the managements responsibility to ask the person to leave?
This is how cats and dogs behave, Dogs and Cats, the love of these rodents is not meant to be in a Hotel. --------------------------------- Panajachel Guatemala Lago Atitlan - Lake Atitlan Saturday, April 26, 2008 Andy of HoboTraveler.com --- Encyclopedia of Traveler Rooms ---------------------------------- I have no desire to live with you, I truly have no desire to live with your stupid pet.
What leap of logic, brute primitive behavior has given these Animal more rights than Humans.

Hi Andy,I think you can blame the pet problem on tourists in Guatemala. Seems like everyone adopts a pet for their brief stay and then heads out of the country. I always thought San Pedro was the worst. Now in Flores I noticed they have a extermination program setup to take care of the strays. Someone did tell me when it gets real bad in San Pedro they will put out poison bait to cull the population. But on my stay in San Pedro it was just unhealthy the amount of strays wandering around and something needs to be done nowScott.

Someplace in Argentina a dog adopted me. Just started walking along with me. Sat next to me while I ate without even begging ( I did not feed it) and waited outside stores that I wandered in. It had a collar that was currently WAY too big as it must have lost a lot of weight. Then, at some point, it squatted in front of a store and crapped. The owner came out and yelled at me like it was my dog.I assume this dog was abandoned by some useless owner. Dogs and cats are Huge responsibilities but most owners act like what their pet does is not their responsibility. I meet a lot of people who are away from the house almost all day yet have a dog at home that they keep in a cage or keep outside and let bark all day.Bob L
