Five Star Rating of World Internet Countries
I am toying around, trying to create a rating systems for countries on how friendly for a Mobile Office that uses the internet for communication.
Contrary to global mythical logic, the highly developed countries like the USA, Europe or Australia are the least friendly for the average person who earns less than 40,000 U.S. per year. I think when a person reaches the over 100,000 yearly salary the developed countries become mobile office friendly because the person can afford rooms over 50 dollars per night. However, there is little backup of services because of very few internet cafes.

I presently consider Thailand the best Mobile office country on the planet. Guatemala is a Three Star country. The USA and Europe for the most part is 2.5 Stars, maybe, the only person who can use are people who earn more than 100,000 per year.

Five Star -BUNDLE ONE - Best
1. EDVO - Cell Phone Connection for country
2. ETHERNET in hotel room or when not an ethernet wire there is WIFI Wireless router access.
Note I know of no country that is Five Stars...
Four Star - BUNDLE TWO - 2nd Best
1. GPRS - Cell phone connection that is not high speed, however country wide.
2. ETHERNET in hotel room or when not an ethernet wire there is WIFI Wireless router access.

Three Star -BUNDLE THREE - 3rd Best
- Loss of countrywide mobile phone or cell access.
Common to find WIFI hotel rooms in major cities of country
ETHERNET in hotel room or when not an ethernet wire there is WIFI Wireless router access.
(Guatemala is Three Star Country.)
Two Star - BUNDLE FOUR - 4th Best
NOT Common to find WIFI ROOMS major cities of country
One Star - BUNDLE FIVE - 5th Best or the Worst
Internet Cafe open from 8 am to 8 pm - 800 to 2000
Highly possible for all the underdeveloped countries to pass the developed countries, because they do not have contractual services, mostly prepaid, and the cell phone towers are being erected faster as they do not have land lines.
