Internet Opens Manana
I have written numerous times about Manana or the idea that Tomorrow may never come in Mexico or the Latino world.

I ask the man at the internet café if he was open Saturdays and Sundays and he says yes. Strange, I came at 9:30, then 11:30 on Saturday and he was not open even though he said he was.

I suspect off and on, and when we want is a more accurate time schedule
