I was watching a Policeman collect four sleeping bags from an on-the-street pawnshop the other day, it appears he was buying four sleeping bags to carry on his motorcycle.

Strange, curious and how this works is a mystery.

The sidewalks are for vendors.
The roads are for working.
It is the way it is…
