They pretend they care, they do not smile from their heart, they just smile.

I had this Siam Smile conversation after I asked a hotel receptionist a quesiton. I was not confident in the answer, and felt maybe it was a Thai Lie.

She said,
- A Siam Smile. -

All this was explained to me by a Thailand person.
