I was coming from Ivory Coast and entering Ghana for these Fourex Rates.
A woman I think or very bad drawing.
This is the location of the Fourex exchange, go from the entrance INTO Ghana to the first turn, Turn LEFT and right there.
Note the guy said one thing and did different or cheated me in the Fourex.
I would only get 20-50 Dollars, and go to Tokoradi for ATM machine is in Tokoradi, Ghana
