There are some suprises on there for sure.
Manners is an interesting thing.
Holding the door open was a bad test. It is not part of the Asian or Latino cultures, a little on the Latino.
Dropped paper was good.
Overall it is easy, the USA and Canada are easily the most courteous on the planet.
