Transportation Transportation Transportation There is a joke in Real Estate, about what three things determines the value of property. Everyone will say. - Location Location Location - I sussed or feel the real answer is Transportation, however I am thinking for a guidebook the answer should also be. - Transportation Transportation and Transportation - However it needs to be connected, how to get from the airport to the bus terminal, how to get around easy. There is no connection, the easy thing, just tell you they exist.
