Niger Project

I have been trying to find a dietician person to explain the nutrient values of foods, and I have realized the U. S. Food and Drug Administration requires these - Nutrition Fact - labels on the back of food packaging. Therefore when a food facility must have a method to do this, therefore somewhere in the FDA there is the knowledge of how to analize the food of Niger for me.

Now I have to follow the threads and see if I can get the FDA to tell me how to have foods analized from Niger.
