I found a guidebook and think this place is in my sights, it is close to Manila and there is a more tame form of Tourism...

I am looking for an easy to reach beach place in the Philippines close to Manila that is NOT a full on S E X tourism spot.

Many of the close beaches to Manila or Clark Airforce seem to be too much of the wild type of beaches.
