Spamming the Hobo Blog

I have this person or something, maybe a program spamming or posting all the time in the comments section of one page on my blogs. Very annoying, I need to learn or figure out how to BAN him or her.
I am not sure if blogger.com has this option to ban, however it is quickly becoming a need, I have to go and delete and this is not easy for me.

Andy,If you find this is only happening to a few posts, Blogger now lets you turn off comments or turn off and hide comments (on specific posts). All you have to do is edit the post and switch the comments options. :)

Hello,Thanks for the advice, I turned of the comments section for that post. Interesting how I can read a little check box and never consider why it is there, and the implications. I have now stopped the problem.
