Riga Violence

A man just got mugged or hit in the street, he just walked in, I think he is drunk, however he just entered the Argonauts Hostel here in Riga. Stole his camera however he did not have his passport, they kicked him when he was down.
He needs to turn off his telephone, however he does not know who to call to turn off his service before they call the whole planet fast.
