I am back in Phnom Penh.



LAKESIDE OR BOENG KAK IS THE ONLY PLACE TO BE



For sure this is the only area to be, and more or less the Khao San Road of Phnom Penh. Best place to relax and better than the wholesale area of the Capitol Guesthouse.



The Cloud Nine is now just the Number Nine Hotel.



All is good.
