CHINA VERSUS ENGLAND FOR FASTEST INTERNET

I have connected my computer to the connection in the Internet Cafe.
I am not sure which is faster, Lhasa, Tibet or London, England, but the connection is kicking.

Thanks also, because there are NO 3.5 floppy disk drives so far in the Lhasa, Internet, but all seem to be broadband.

I am trying to get the newsletter out and have about 500 photos to publish.
