BROADBAND WITH STOP SIGNS

The broadband here is good...
Then it stops for 4 minutes.
Then it starts.

This makes a site time-out.
Just a note for the internet fanatics.
But it is very fast... Sort of, but not always, and not in all place, and at certain times of day, and maybe not on Tuesdays.
