MY REASONS FOR TRAVEL

I talked with two Americans today. JJ a 24 year old backpacker who wants to learn about Iraq for good reason.



I also talked with an older gentleman that works for A.I.D.

He is taking a bus tour of Iraq. Came from Basra in the very south and simple said,

"You found out it is not as dangerous as the television portrays."

The way I understand it, he just got on a bus and started touring the country.



I just hang around in cities and go do something when the urge strikes.

Most people have an idea of what they are doing, and why.

I am never sure why I do something.
