My very dependable and helpful Russian buddy living in Baghdad gave me this answer about transporation in Iraq.

They have all types of transport - cars with a/c, cars without a/c,

small buses with a/c and without a/c and big buses with a/c and without a/c.

As a rule the anything with a/c will cost you app 2 times more. For example

the small bus with a/c costs from Suleimania to Baghdad app 50USD. It will

take app 10 passengers, so if you take one place it will cost you 5 USD.

Also from Kirkuk to Baghdad one place in a/c car cost app 3 usd, without a/c

1.5 usd, in bus wiothout a/c app 1 USD or even less.
