MONEY IN IRAQ

I need to get serious about money situation.
I just wrote my Russian friend in Baghdad.
I want to know if for... (HOPE)... some reason there are ATM or Bank Machines that work in the country.
I have no idea what is the money situation in a country after they lose a war.
