Up the street on Arquiza this day in the Ermita part of Manila, the Cowboy Bar loaded up a garbage truck.
It was a river of garbage water right where this boy was playing before the rain.

The Philippines are happy people, even though the dirty and Viagra people can drive you crazy.
The people are basically happy.
