YOU NEED your Passport to go to Palawan, one man in front of me was having a lot of trouble.
Do NOT leave you passport in Manila to get a visa extension while you are gone.

This office is to the right of this Hotel, the Palawan Hotel, all the addresses on the websites were wrong.

A three wheel taxi, however you cannot call them taxi, they will say they are not taxi.
The cost about 7 pesos per trip inside the city and are colectivo, they could pick up a second person.
I paid 20 pesos and never negotiated. This is 50 Cents USA for trips around Puerto Princesa.
