The large tank to the lower left is boiling. The steam rises to the top and into the tank.
The water cools the steam and the alcohol drains down to container to the right.
NOTE: Alcohol evaporates before water. That is why this is a distilling.

The cooking pot of already ferment coconut sap.

When the alcohol is out of the pot or evaporated off they drain it to the left area.

These are the containers the coconut tree climbers use or carry to the top of the trees.

This is the knife they use to cut the coconut palms and the notches for foot holds on the coconut trees.

The complete still almost.
