Parking problems in Barcelona.
I would not even consider having a car in Barcelona. Crazy. Maybe a motorbike.

Parking is a very big problem in Barcelona. At night walking on the sidewalk is big problem as the cars are parked on the sidewalk. This is somewhat normal.
